Generator.Kaplan turbine is widely used in a hydro power stations with the head of 2-30 meters.It is equipped with a vertical axle.There are three different types of this kind in which there is anopen trough or apressure trough or closed concrete worm-shelltrough.The turbine is made up of several propellers or manualy-ajusted blades.The water pipe at the end is vertical cone-shaped or elbow-shaped.The turbine with a diameter of 1000mm is vertical coneshaped.Therefore,it is fit for a small hydro power station with low head and load.
